You should include the event's name, date, time, and location (including nearest public transportation train/bus stop), ticket prices, phone numbers (including area code) and/or Internet information (we will set up a link), and a brief description of the event.  Additional information such as accessibility, sign-language interpretation, etc. is also welcome.  You should provide a way for us to contact you if we need more information (phone, email, web site) -- and of these will be withheld from publication if requested.

So that we can run your listing for as much time as possible, we ask that you get this information in our hands at least two weeks in advance.
